Confused
My id number ***, I don't know my car insurance number. I am confused as to how much I am supposed to pay for my car insurance because first a debit order of R425 goes off and then another one for R49. I do not know what this R49 is for, you cannot just debit money from my account without telling me why. When I started with this insurance I used to pay R450 but now lately it is not so and I was promised that my premiums will not increase. I never agreed to the R49 and I don't for how many months it has been going off but I expect a full refund for the times it has gone off from my account. Contact me as soon as possible so that this query can be resolve.
