Complaints

<div>Prime Meridian Direct (PMD) Claim No. CL*** COMPLAINT: Good Day, I would like to share with you my hell for a lack experience, for a lack of a better adjective with Prime Meridian Direct (PMD). On the 13th of October 2019, I was involved in an accident involving a Taxi driver who by the way was in the wrong. I logged the claim the following day 14th of October 2019 and sent through all docs. and/ requirements which later I got confirmation that they were in order. After the accident my car was not driveable, it was therefore taken my Girlfriend place and assessment from there. I was then introduced to a technician by the name of *****&nbsp; would assess and continue to handle my claim process. He explained that she has received everything and that it was in order thus far. He later said, the whole claim process should take about 30 days. I later sent several emails to **** asking for progress of my claim. When she didn't reply to them, I decided to call her and she said he was busy with the validation process however and she is waiting on my car tracker report which I don’t understand why because the is nothing is stated on their policy that I must have a car tracker. On the 22nd November 2019 I was called by other Technician and said she taking over from *** she will be assisting me including their supervisor on the Claim and **** she on leave “just imagine ***** said her due date was on the 22th of November 2019 and on the day she on leave” I am really puzzled here, being played and indeed this brought confusion because to me it meant my claim was either not prioritized and/ there was internal miscommunication thus further inconvenience. After so much incompetence and inconsideration does this mean I'll wait further for other 40 days Let it be noted that, the 30 days for the overall claim has lapsed on the 15th November 2019 as I logged the claim 14th October 2019 - do correct me if I am incorrect on that position? I've been without a vehicle for a full whole month, inconvenienced to say but the least and have had to alter my life completely professionally and personally. Mind you, this month's premium has run off successfully and honestly, ironically for what!!! May I urgently get a response on my claim??? I am frustrated, have been calm and patient enough - cannot and will not any longer as this is affecting my overall livelihood. Extremely distraught client, P. Nkwenkwezi (Mr.)&nbsp;</div>
