Complaint Regarding Delayed Claim Verification and Lack of Communication

On 28 July 2023, I submitted a claim for the vehicle accident, and I was informed that the verification process would be completed within a reasonable timeframe of 15 days. However, it has now been a staggering 30 days since I submitted my claim, and I have yet to receive any update on its status. This prolonged period of waiting has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.

What adds to my frustration is the complete lack of communication from thier end. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team through phone calls and emails, but I have not received any progressive response whatsoever rather than its still under validation. It is extremely disappointing to see that my concerns are being ignored and that no effort has been made to provide me with even a basic update on the progress of my claim.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I had specifically requested a call back regarding the status of my claim on 24 August 2023, as I was assured that someone from your team would reach out to me. Regrettably, no call has been made to address my concerns or provide me with any information
