client not happy
i had a claim with pride and on the claim i did mention to them that the bonnet and light is damaged, and the assigned panelbeater could not assist me in December and could only assist in January, fast forward that into Jan or dec i called them when the bonnet hinge broke as a results of the damage and i was advised not to do anything on it since vehicle is still in repairs. now the challenge i have is that all fixes were done and the bonnet was partially fixed thanks to the repairer's good heart and now i was asked to pay high excess even though my vehicle was not repaired in full. do i really deserve this mara

We pride ourselves on providing world-class client service at every interaction.
It should be comforting to know that we have service-level agreements with SAMBRA-approved panel beaters to ensure that all accident-related damage on our client's vehicles is repaired at a high quality. From a detailed review of your claim, we note that the repairer has received the parts they were awaiting and repairs are progressing well.
Our internal Market Conduct Department will contact you to provide you with more detailed feedback.
We are pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with Prime the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period.
We are assuring you of our best-continued endeavors on your behalf.
Kind Regards,
The Prime SA Team
