Claims department

Worse service we have ever had. Was involved in an accident on the 7th of December and the right hand side of the vehicle was crashed as well as the wheel control ( not too sure because the car would not turn to the right)called PMD to report and a tow truck was sent to pick up the vehicle to take it to Ross champion Pinetown. Next day I checked my tracker to see where the vehicle is only to find out it's in some shaddy area in iSipingo. Called the tow guys to ask and the said they got to Pinetown and Ross champion was closed so they had to come back with the car. Car was then taken to Ross champion Prospecton. They did an inspection of the car and report for the right hand side of the car. On the 22nd of December I get a call from Buhle who was dealing with the claim who wanted a tracker report. 28th of December we called to find out about the progress of the claim and was told that they still busy with the claim as they have asked us all the required questions. On the 3rd of Jan got a car from PMD stating that they forgot to ask one question as to what we use the car for. On the 10th of Jan claim was approved. Got a call from Ross champion stating that insurance has sent a car part for the left hand side. A side that was reported a month early that was supposed to be done by another company. The right hand side that the vehicle was towed in for has been declined. My vehicle has been at Ross champion since 7 December that's 1 month and three weeks but the right hand side has not been worked on. I am not understanding why a car would be taken in for so long and not fix it.

It is important to note that each claim is validated based on its own merits and if the damage of the second claim does not supersede the damage for the current claim then a separate assessment is carried out and approved separately.

A review of your claim confirms that the assessment for your current claim has been received.
