I got into a car accident I logged a claim, and the consultant told me it's either I claim from pmd or discovery for third party. I then had to cancel my claim from pmd and the lady told me about all the rules for canceling a claim and I agreed. I went to fetch my car from the storage and the storage was free and I had to pay PMD money for towing, so practically I'm paying for road assistance here and this was not explained to me. Poor poor poor, this thing is a **** not an insurance.

As you are no doubt aware, the benefit for towing is extended upon the approval of a claim. Should a policyholder elect to withdraw a claim, any associated claims or causes of action relating the claim is also withdrawn.
Our Market Conduct Team will be in contact with you to provide comprehensive feedback regarding your matter.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that PMD offers fixed premiums on all claim free policies!
