Claim waiting time
On the 30th of May 2015 I got in an accident I made a claim and at first I was impressed with how fast all was conducted although I did not understand the some of the paperwork I had to submit. Now it's August 23rd 2015 and I'm still waiting. Either on Monday or Tuesday I get the same sms every week that tells Me The paperwork has been complicated and they have been forwarded to the insurer. I was told is gona take 50 days or less and now I'm counting 83 days and 73 days in contact with the person who said is going to take 50 days or less. I already paid three premiums already and My car is still the same. Im starting to believe that you sell what U do not deliver, making you a flop and yet You say you are rated number one. I do not get it how did that happen if one has to wait these long for the insurer to make a decision while having all that was requested of Me. This days when I call I hold forever, I feel like I am being ignored deliberately and I don't like that because I was called when I took this insurance, now I'm the one calling
