Claim taking too long
Hi, I was in an accident on the 15th of August. My car was then assed to determine if it was a write-off or not. It turned out that it was not after a month. They then assed it under the accidental damage cover I have, since then the process has just been very slow and we are in the fourth month. I have been without a car to this point. The other issue is that they have quoted the damages based on second hand parts. Why was this the case? Please finalise my claim as I need my car. Paying for a car I am not driving for four months is a huge pain.
