claim submitted on 25 July and no response
I submitted my claim in July 2015, it is almost 3 months now and i am still waiting for my claim to get processed. I am driving around with a dented car whilst i am paying insurance. They do not forget to debit my account every month. I do not understand why i have an insurance if i have to follow them every time for months. If they cannot fix my car then they should stop taking my money. It is not fair, i joined them because i wanted to be safe when i am involved in an accident.
