Claim rejection reason not good enough

I’m very disappointed with PMD, after my husband was involved in a car accident, the insurance company was investigating for over two weeks, calling us every afternoon just after 16h00 daily asking the same questions in different ways, you could tell they were trying their best to find fault from us. At the end of that they rejected our claiming stating speed exceeded as the reason for the rejection "traveling 102km/h in a 60km/h zone. Personally I don’t think speed limit in this case is a sufficient reason for an insurer to reject a car claim unless they can prove he was being negligent or reckless and I’m still waiting for them to prove that, my husband was driving on a road with no idea of the speed limit as the was no signs on that road what so ever, we went back to that road to check and still nothing. Also our car was moved by them from Springs to Sandton (have no idea why so far) my husband had R1800 in cash, a tool box and other few personal items in the car when the accident happen we could not travel to Sandton to go check or find these things as Sandton was too far for us without a vehicle and today we are liable assuming for that towing X2 as they had to move the car again to Kempton Park upon rejecting our claim I will not be comfortable again with PMD as my insurer.
