Claim rejection

I was involved in an accident on the 10 July 2023 called PMD insurance and towed my car to the nearest panel beater I waited for the results of the claim till 4th August 2023 which was rejected on the bases that I exceeded the speed limit which is not proven on the car track report and then they support their statement saying that the car track report is not accurate, they hired they’re own investigator to prove that I exceeded the speed limit.
