Claim rejected

I'm writing this with a heavy heart I can't stop tears from falling. PMD is a **** they are money sucker's my car had an an accident in August it's was towed to Gobid Isipingo after a month I was told that PMD rejected my claim I must go pay R4800 to Gobid to get my car back. The reason for declining the claim is the car drove over a solid line during the accident, my question is what is an accident? Does one plan where to drive and how during the accident? I tried to explain how the accident happened but no luck. I contacted ombudsman even them they were of no help they kept on saying they have a backlog, just because I'm not following up lately because I lost my grandson in September and November I lost my husband 😭😭😭 I really ddnt have time to call them, they are also quiet. Hello peter please help me these past months we're soo painful to me and PMD added a sharp knife into my heart,I won't forget what they did to me if I see their advert I feel like vomiting it's like I can stand on top of the mountain and tell everyone that they are a ****. Please help me.
