Claim rejected
I logged a claim with PMD on 20 April 2015 that i damaged my car trying to park it in the garage and they told me they needed to access the car. they did access the car and after they told me they needed the driveway photos.<br> I sent them the photo then to my surprise i was told after 30 days that my claim way rejected, reason for this was that they dont cover damages that happened in the yard.<br> <br> I then reffered back to my policy and no were is shows that im no covered for accidents that happend at home.<br> <br> I called them and asked them to send me a part on my policy that stated im not covered at home they sent me an email showing a conversation between me and them and on that email it shows that i agreed that the car wont be covered if there was a damage / accident in the yard (home).<br> I then requested all recordings to confirm this myself and they sent Scelo from PMD sent me an email stating that i wont get the recordings.<br> <br> Till today i did not recieve any recording.<br> <br> PMD is ***<br> <br> I dont advise anyone to take this insurance and they are misleading us.<br> <br>
