Claim rejected

Firstly my claim was recorded as an accident, I only asked for my shocks and cv joints to be repaired as I am/was covered for mechanical. The car was towed to the towing area which I couldn't understand because I was still driving it, which stayed there for over a week and I had to pay for extra days that were not covered by my apparent insurance, the assessor told the guys at the towing site to disassemble the car which I couldn't understand why. I was told to pay extra R1290 for disassembling and reassembling the car, I waited for over a month only to be told that my claim was rejected because I had an accident in another country?! How can I have an accident and report it 5 days later? How could I have driven from Lesotho to JHB if I was involved in an accident? I was quoted the fenders, grilles, lights, cradles, bumpers. I mean I didn't lodge a claim on any of those things because they are working. Yes my bumper was old, I was replacing it at my own costs, my fenders have just been replaced and my bonnet and my lights which are working perfectly by the way!!!!!! Oh and I was told not to drive the car to prevent further damages to it. Not to mention I'm still waiting for a refund
