Dear Sam N,

Thank you for taking the time to raise your query with us. We truly understand how trying it can be without your vehicle.

At PMD we pride ourselves in promptly paying all valid claims. Rest assured that we perform our validations not for the sake of creating unnecessary delays but for the protection of all of our clients.

Due to the fact that not much is known about the circumstances relating to your accident, your cell phone record data had to be requested to ensure the most objective information is used when validating your claim. As you are aware, we are currently awaiting this documentation from your service provider before the validation of your claim can be concluded.

A member of our Market Conduct Team will provide you with further clarity on the matter.

You may rest assured that your claim will not affect your premiums now or in the future as PMD guarantees NEVER to increase premiums – not ever.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.

Kind regards,
The PMD Team

Have been requested to ask and submit transaction times on my bank statement in relation to the date of the accident. This however has been submitted. Been informed that this can cancel the cellphone data records as waiting for that information is rather taking time and prolonging the claim process
