Claim payout avoidance

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from this insurer. I was warned not to insure my car with you as you always come up with different stories comes claim time. I was in an accident on the 03rd December 2022, notified you and my car was towed. After being discharged from hospital on Monday, 05th December I submitted my claim with you and I received a claim number. 8th December I received notification that my policy was canceled to avoid deductions while claim was still being finalized and I was assured that the cancelation wont affect my claim again on the same sms I was informed my vehicle was deemed a write off I should send them my car purchase agreement which I did via their whats app number... Today,20th December 2022 I received a call that my claim is rejected they wont be paying I should go collect my car...also received an sms to pay R2,840.50 and that I should collect my car as soon as possible from Kallies Panelbeaters while I was still shocked by this I received another notification 2 hours apart to pay R2,840.50 and collect my car as soon as possible from SMD Pretoria, I have 5 days to collect it or they will start charging me for storage. Mind you this is the very same car that was written off... what on earth just happened? are these people making a joke out of our misery or what? I've never in my entire existence experienced such horrible customer experience. Im shaking with anger and disappointed at myself for not listening to my sister advise that I should play far from you guys since you cant own up to anything. I have all the communication thread and I need someone to please quickly explain to me how did a car that was initially written off, got declined, and now can be collected from wherever the car is kept?
