I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by Prime Meridian Direct service and how they treated me. The whole idea of having a vehicle insurance is for it to mitigate disruptions in your life in an event of an accident or total loss of your vehicle. For start they totally ignored providing me with a courtesy car after I had an accident on the 23 April. That was just the beginning, they don't update a client with their claim unless you asked for an update, they went on to disapprove my claim citing reason like I was driving over the speed limit which is false because I know for the fact that I was not driving over the speed limit and I have proof that this is false, Tracker had sent me details of the trip in question. Always pay when they are supposed to deliver they always make sure they dont serve accordingly.

I need you guys to make me understand and prove to me that it's true I was travelling at the speed you say and your source of information. Also please forward to me the insurance recordings so I can be reminded of the exclusions in my cover.
