Claim not properly handled agents
I was claiming and explained the manner of events that occurred during the accident. I had followed the proper procedures and sent the necessary documents to support the claim but when it was time for them to do the work on their side they failed to address the proper procedures and are now demanding it turnsport my car to another province which does not make sense cuz the incident happened in Gauteng, and when expressing these complaints they have not reached out to to give me an explanation or alternative to help me with this problem.
