Claim no CL***

I made a claim on the 25th of May 2017, about the theft of my car. and i was assigned an investigator and was told that the investigation would take 30 days. then i received an sms on the 21st of July 2017 informing me that my claim was being validated, and now its the 14th of September 2017 and i still don't have a final word with regards to this matter. i am frustrated as my life is on a standstill for the past three months.
