Claim for fender
Bad service!! I've have been calling PMD for the past 30days just for them to approved a fender repair claim that one of their assessor did not approved because he thought the damage was not part of the accident even though the repairer did add it as an addition, everytime i call PMD I'm told to take back the car to the repairer ,the repairer tells me they are still waiting for PMD to approved it,it's back and fourth.

01 Sept 2022, 11:41This is still not resolved, I was told to take the car back to panel beater , the panel beater tells me to call PMD as they are waiting for PMD to approve the additional damage, this has been over two month now, I call PMD no one knows what's going on, They keep on telling me they will get back to me , am still waiting even today.
