claim delayed

I have claimed as a third party against the above mentioned insurance company . The accident happened on the 4th of january 2015 , whereby their client bumped the back of my car and its damaged. On the 16th of january I've submitted all the documents including quatations that they requested. Up to date I'm not receiving any feed back from them regarding my claim they always wait for me to phone or email them to find out. They only laim story I've been hearing the whole time its that they are still investigating their client , what does that have to do with me ? My car its a mess and I don't think I can wait any longer
