CLAIM DELAY
I had an accident on 03/02/2015.claim NoCL***.I was helped by a guy called Gontse to register my claim And an assessor came to check the car and later I was informed that the car was written off.I was told my case has been handed over to kelsey Harrison.I did provide all the documents she needed for the process and she called me and told me that the whole process will take about 30days and she will try her best to help me before time And she will keep me updated. I am the one Always calling her for an update and All I get from her is that,\ I am still verifying something as soon as i m done i will hand it over to the insurer & I will call you tomorrow
