Claim (CL***)

it's been more than 16 days since I was involved in a car Accident 14 days since I claimed

Me and my daughter are busy recovering from the truma and injury but is very tough recovering while PMD is making things difficult in this situation and my insurance PMD can't even finalise my claim they said 7 days that has passed this is really bad service for instance company to take this long without any updates

I have to always text on WhatsApp for someone to contact me n update me on where is my claim

I was told my car is written off I submitted everything that they need but I can't even tell you why has my claim not been finalized

I'm really disappointed with the service I have received ☹️
