Claim Approved/quotation authorised

I had a car accident on 12 April , my claim was seamless , claim got approved on 18 April, I couldn’t believe it because I had recently moved to PMD and PMD only received 1 premium from me before the incident occurred , I took my car for a quotation to one of PMD partnered auto body repairers, Summit auto body in Louis Trichardt. My quotation took over a week to get authorised/approved by PMD , and today the 9th May , I received an sms saying quotation has been approved , the repairer can start working on my damaged car . I was concerned at first because they said authorisations of quotations takes about a day or 2 to be completed . But my took two weeks , so I kept on calling demanding feedback from PMD . The overall experience was doubtful, but I’m glad my car will be properly fixed and the warranty of my car will be retained till it expires . So, all the bad experiences that everyone has to say about PMD , I would like to say , there is lot of ***** in the insurance industry, and PMD will only approve claims on good merit . I will definitely refer clients to PMD and advise them that they need to be truthful and honest when they decide to buy an insurance from PMD, and also when an incident like mine happens they need to be honest.
