Claim approval takes forever

Well after seeing so many complaints about this supplier in Jan alone i regretted the day I took this insurance. Worse insurance ever!!!

I was involved in car accident in EC , I stay in CPT.

I submitted all the required documentation and I am being told about a +- 35 days time for processing of claims.

Im in CPT, my car far away in the EC, the insurance is telling me about hiring a car of not more than R200 per day, where do you get a car for that amount?

All documentation submitted, no way forward, im without a car, biggest challenge for me is getting to work.

I had insurances before this is the worst insurance I ever had and I would never ever recommend it to anyone, there is nothing bad like poor customer services during times like these.Holding on lines forver, when I get through agents are not able to provide any answers
