CLAIM!

<p> I joined PMD car insurance in 2015 ,I remember speaking to a sales consultant ,can’t recall the name though ,trying to make me understand how the plans work, I then asked him to phone me back again after 3 days as I had to give it a thought ,he phoned back and explained again over and over until we were on the same page, the most important part that worried me was it wasn’t a Comprehensive cover, but I loved the fact that there were no increase... earlier this year i was involved in an accident ,I had to claim from my third party as it wasn’t my fault, the process was too long and wasn’t paid the full amount ,I had to contact PMD to ask for assistance as I was shot of certain amount to cover the repair cost ,Roxcal who was assisting with the claim assisted me so well, she was very patient ,willing to to assist, always there for me whenever I needed help or checking the process of the claim, it wasn’t an easy Journey ,but finally Roxcal made it possible for me and my husband to smile back and say PMD is not what people think it is... I still say people need to understand how PMD differs from other insurances, PMD offers the best service with very affordable rates ,no increases, no Access when claiming , I am writing this with pride to say PMD is the best and thanks again to Roxcal Bacharam for understanding and assisting with the claim .</p>
