Claim
On the 28 January 2016 I was is in a accident. Now it's over three weeks still waiting for response. I was sent forms and asked the same questions that were asked on the forms. <br> <br> This is very stressful,painful and frustrating. I have sleepless nights because of all this waiting. I'm spending lots of money after I had to pay storage cost after the insurance instructed me and the towing company to send the car to Smd. <br> <br> I don't know what is the wait there is no communication and was sent a list of panelbeaters without any clear communication. <br> <br> I thought insurance companies where to assist when one needs the insurance but all I have is a painful and stressful experience with Prime Meridian Direct. I wonder if this because it is me or this is what policy holder of Prime Meridian Direct go through.
