Honestly one of the worst insurance brokers I have ever seen please people do not use this company. My car caught on fire while in a drive thru as I was ordering food and when I was with my family. We almost died and I called prime meridian the same time they authorized the tow truck to tow the car to their assessment workshop then 5 days later they tell me my claim was rejected but cannot tell me why and then tell me it's my responsibility to go and get my car back from their first help towing workshop whom they approved to tow the car and I am also told that I need to pay for the storage and towing. And then they can't even tell me who the assessor was and im still waiting for the letter where they rejected my claim. This was such a traumatic experience esp the fact that I had my family with me and we could have all lost our lives. They tell me the cancelled my policy and rejected my claim and that's it. This is how arrogant and rude these people are no sympathy or anything. I mean I was in a public drive thru thank God the people around helped with putting the fire off and that they as well as my family are safe. Thinking my insurance company would be honest and im not asking for anything special just for them to honor what I've been paying for over 5 years. I've been insured with prime for over 5 years and have never claimed and now in this happens and the insurer I trusted has failed me. The agents are also so imcompitent and I have to explain the events over and over to each one who all promise to get back to me and im still waiting for a response. Now im sitting in a worst state as it has impacted my health with stress and not to mention the stress of coming up with money to get my car back and pay for the towing. Lastly first help is the towing company who towed the car and they are just as dishonest and ******* my car has been stripped and damaged worst then it went in and I have the pictures to prove this. So im posting this to make people aware of how pathetic and useless prime meridian is do not be fooled by them giving you a good premium because trust me I've been a loyal client for over 5 years and get this in return. I don't want or expect a response from them as I've now taken this matter to the ombudsman.
