CL***

I am disgusted with PMD seriously. On 28 May 2017, I was involved in a car accident, where I was the innocent party. I submitted a claim to PMD (my insurance) after I tried logging a third party claim with the insurance of the lady who drove into me, but because she was not on her mom;s insurance the claim was rejected. I logged the claim on the 22 August 2017 and to this day, my claim is pending..... PMD is waiting blood results now, first it was that I should not sue the lady who drove into me, so I cancelled the suing with my lawyer. Now I have to wait on blood results hence I had right of way when the accident occurred and the lady who drove into, admitted this. I had a policy with Hollard insurance as well, but I did not know about it until they said that I can take my car to be fixed, however but because of PMD, they cancelled my insurance with Hollard. I just want my car fixed and waiting for bloods from government hospitals usually take years, what happens in the meantime? Do I sit without transport for years? what happens when blood results come out? and alcohol is found? Does my claim get rejected although I was not at fault?

I need answers please, as I will be consulting with my attorney on Friday. PMD should stop passing the buck, the repairs on my car amounts to 96k, and PMD assesors say it is 16k, I am so not fond of this insurance and I think I will inform all people not to take out this insuarance ever.

Thanks Yvette Mediepie ********** 197

I have just spoken to Advocate Swartz, who informed that government laboratories are having a back logg with bloods and results. So my blood results can take a year or two to come out, what happens in the meantime, I keen paying my insurance for nothing? I was the innocent party in this accident and even Hollard insurace approved the repairs to my car until PMD showed up and they cancelled. I mean my car would have been fixed. If the blood results take forever, and they finally receive it after a year, what happens then because my car would be damaged even more, as the doors do not close. It seems that PMD does not want to payout as the damages to my car is a lot, they forever have a new story which is delaying the claim even more. I just want all my premiums back please, because it seems that you have not intention of compensating me. I will then continue suing the lady who drove into me. thanks for nothing PMD

Dear PMD, thank you for your response, and yes I am highly frustrated. The nature of this incident is not as serious as taking my premiums every month and this is my first and only claim ever. If the other insurances had no problem in fixing my car, why is it so difficult for PMD? I need answers asap, because I have an appointment today with my lawyer, to discuss my options. I need an answer today before 3pm please. Thanks
