CL***
Good day,
I am writing this on behalf of my aunt who has been complaining numerous times but nothing has been done about her query. This incident has left well unwell because she had to resort to other means for My Grandmother's death.
She has a policy with your company for a while but she keeps getting the worst treating from you.
This was her letter to you below
"Prime Meridian Direct Policy no. LL ********** 53 Claim no.CL ********** 96 I took a life policy by the name of Prime Living Legacy Plan for my mother, who died on the 17 February 2017. I submitted all the necessary documents they needed, except the only outstanding abridged birth certificate that I am waiting for it from home affairs. I received a shocking telephone from them in July 2017 saying that my mother’s policy has been declined due to the fact that I did not disclose that my mother was suffering from dementia. After I signed the agreement with them they phone asking about my mother’s health, I told them she was suffering from memory loss and depression. In November 2016 I phoned the company asking if are there any changes in my mother’s policy and they told me that the claim will take 35 days after her death but it is shocking now that it took five months. Prime Meridian Direct has hurtfully disappointed me, it is the third time now they do this. I will appreciate if you can assist me in this matter.
Yours Zukiswa C Mnqwazi"
I am requesting urgent feedback regarding this query because it seems ********** and ******** for you to suddenly tell her the policy is cancelled when she has done everything that was required from her part.
Her contact number is ********** .
