CL*** no delivery

I was in an accident on the 24th of February with a guy from Germany who turned into me at a robot intersection. PMD road side assistance was called on the scene to assist with towing my vehicle. Car was towed away and assessed on the the 26th. To date no progress has been done and my vehicle damage still stands. They claim to need my location at time of the accident from my cellphone network although phone recordings with their road side assistance are available proving that I made the call in distress at the scene.Also, all documentation requested has been sent to them but two months later, car is still not fixed and no feedback has been given to me. What is then the point of them advertising their cover grow 'no access' when you claim nonsense if they are going to fail to deliver? They have already debited my account twice already with the 3rd instalment coming up in a week to no service while my car stands due to the damaged incurred!! What then do they think I used to get to work daily? When I spoke to one of the supervisors, he wasn't even insured with his own company! How pathetic
