Cheap insurance for terrible service

Terrible service my husband was involved in a accident 11/11/2022 they send a tow truck even though i said my husband says the car is drive able. They send it to the panel beater , we told them we don't want to have the car fixed by them we want or own , we going to fetch the car, They told us we should pay a release fee of R2800 to get our car back the car was not even at the panel beater for 1 hour . Lee-Anne Nobhle send the panel beater and email stating that we can only get our car back once we pay release for .

Now they all gone on their year end function while I am sitting without a car
