CASH BACK PMD

I am a client of PMD for more than 5 years they had promised me if I do not have any claims for 5 years that I will receive a cash back I was in contact with them January 2015 and they had told me that I will qualify in January 2016 since January 2016 had started they promise me that they will be in contact with me but nothing happened
