CAR WRITTEN OFF- CLAIM NOT PROCESSED A MONTH LATER

I cannot begin to express how frustrated I am. I have been waiting over a month for my claim to be finalized .<br> I am receiving no feedback from this insurer, I am always having to call them to ask what is ha penning . I am left stranded and having to get car hire with money that I don't have . I had to get a credit card to make use of the benefit that I paid for . I have now exhausted the limit of R4000 that i was given for car hire and they still haven't concluded my claim.<br> <br> The frustration that I have cannot be explained. I feel I am being taken advantage of. its literally costing me money everyday to wait for the decision to be made. <br> <br> I was apparently waiting for a decision to be made by someone who had gone on leave . <br> Prime meridian certainly does not care about how their actions affect lives. My JOB depends on me having a car and me waiting this long is threatening my income source . <br> I do not want to be car less and Jobless.<br>
