Car insurance

I was paying car insurance on PMD from September 2022 and I was paying it nicely I ddnt skip Any premium on the 4th December 2022 I was involved in an accident in mfuleni I collided with the car that did not stop on a stop sign I went to the police station with that driver to do accident report on the 5th the following day I'v put the claim and it was approved very late after 2weeks thy'v told me that I Must pay +- R13000 for an access i'v told them I have the amount of that we agreed on that was +-R5000 access they said to me because my insurance was less then 6 mnths so I must also pay early access that was also +-5000 and also R2000 access for driving between 00:00 and 04:00 and that was not in our contract and i'v asked them the recording of the call Of that day I was taking the insurance thy'v never sent me the recording untill to day and i'v decided to fix my own car from my own pocket PMD will never see me again.
