Car insurance
I have an insurance with prime meridian but after claiming my car was not 100 percent because they advised the panel beaters not to buy certain spares, they just want profit out of our money that's all. Poor service and the lady who was helping me was very rude, don't advice anyone to take this insurance they very bad and only after our money.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concern to our attention. It is particularly troubling to hear of your difficulty as we strive to offer professional service to all of our clients.
We are surprised to learn of your displeasure in this matter as you signed a clearance certificate on 07 December 2017 which confirmed that your vehicle was repaired to your complete satisfaction. A review of your communication with our staff members revealed that our assessing consultant did a commendable job in explaining that we are unfortunately unable hold the repairer accountable for the repairs on your vehicle a year after the matter was settled.
Nonetheless, after being notified of your unease, the matter was escalated to our Market Conduct Team who will provide you with further clarity.
It will no doubt reassure you to be reminded that with PMD, your premiums do not increase after an approved claim or at any time during the life of the policy.
