Car insurance

I had bad, terrible I don't even know what to say with PMD. I had car insurance with terrible company, such a trash company. After lodging a claim that company can take up to a month without reaching the decision and little feedback unless you have called them, I lost so much through those people and I will never ever consider them in future no matter how rated they are. Consumers shouldn't get tempted and take insurance policy for their vehicles if they know what's good for them. I had accident and the quotation was R124k and they said, "if the claim is approved they will compensate me with R10k" after I have called them for about a month ago since I had accident. Your creditors doesn't recognize that insurance company they can't even liase with them on any terms. Choose best insurances and stay covered with peace of mind. I learned my lesson and I was just giving a piece of advice.

I am looking forward to it. I was left with no choice but to surrender the goods to my financial provider because it was highly impossible for me to get R113k to fix the Vehicle and the my creditor provided stated, "a normal insurance company would have written off the vehicle", but I guess it was too late for me no magic could have happened. Worse part the vehicle was on third party possession and I had to pay R9500 to release the vehicle, I felt really cheated by PMD. I'm pretty sure you know what happens if you surrender the goods to your finance house. I almost recruited number of people to join PMD as a reasonable insurance. I wonder what more could have happened if I hit that car and pedestrians. The cause of the accident is, I was steering away from the car that was parked on the road and also pedestrians and I protected all those costs that were about to occur, but at the end of the day I learned my car and third party car wasn't protected at all. If I drove over that car that will mean I'm in more trouble than I am at this moment of time.

Dear Celimpiloemma,

We appreciate the time you have taken to raise your disappointment with us.

A thorough review of the purchase conversation conducted with you shows that our Tele-Assistant did a remarkable job in precisely explaining all the policy features to you, including how the cover accumulates on our Accident Contribution Benefit.

Consequently, whilst we are deeply sympathetic to your challenging circumstances, we are obliged to maintain a strict application of our policy terms and conditions.

In light of your concern, our client representation department will provide you with a further detailed explanation regarding the contribution amount authorised following the approval of your claim.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
