Cannot deliver what they promise
Linda Nongwe wasted over an hour of my time selling my company a product which is only intended for individuals. I only found out upon receiving the policy documents that he has made myself the policy holder and not my company as I asked him to do. When finally getting through to a manager was I informed that PMD doesn't provide cover to businesses and my newly issued policy was cancelled with immediate effect. Prime Meridian Direct is truly useless and not worth considering at all.
