Cancelation letter
Hello Peter I canceled my policy I had with them now I've requested them to send me a cancelation letter in my email...I spoke to 3 consultant but still my letter has not be sent and I don't know the reason they only sent me an sms confirming that I have canceled

We can confirm that your policy cancellation was successfully processed, and an SMS confirmation was sent to you immediately after the cancellation. Additionally, our Retentions Team has sent the requested cancellation letter to your email address on 26 June 2025.
Unlike many other insurers, Prime South Africa offers a reduce to zero excess for comprehensive cover.
