Breach of contract by PMD insurence

I reported an accident on the 15/Oct/2018 which happened on the 14/Oct/2018. Till today 14/Dec/2018 my car has't been fixed. I Hit a straying donkey at night at about 20h40. It damaged my bonnet, front bamper, right head lamb and a right fender. i completed an accident form at the police station(Matlelerekeng) case no:AR NO: 03/10/2018. I informed my insurance company, PMD communicated to Kabo Letseko who sent me the claim forms to complete, and asked me to send the pictures of the damage. I also sent Affidavit and completed the vodacom and MTN forms and all the documents that were requested to ********** I'm always calling and the company is not coming back. I was referred to a claim department, assisted by a lady called Ane Du plessis who always moved me from pillar to post.
