Bought a car on finance for the 1st time in April and was told I needed to find my own insurance. This was scary as I did not know where to start or what to look for. But Prime South Africa made everything so easy and took the time and patience to explain the details I didn't understand. Not only this, but their app and online portal is extremely user-friendly and all the info you need regarding your policy, vehicle and claims is readily available. I'm a very happy customer.
