BIG ****!!!
I was involved in an accident on the 12 of February 2019, reported to PMD was sent this long form to fill, fast forward 2 months later after thier so called investigation. I am told my claim is approved but they will only pay R20k towards the R71K qoute they sent me for repairs. According to my understading this should be a third party claim yet I am told that the R51k outstanding will have to come from my own pocket as they will claim thier R20k from the third party who drove into my car from the back.
On top of that my car was towed to SMD and has been there for the 2 months i have been waiting for PMD to respond. I was sent a rude sms to go and collect my car myself within 10 days at Sandton and look for a panel beater by myself. I have been the one calling they all this while and sending emails to enquire about my car. the least their agent did was to send SMS's. So basically this **** of a company is not paying a cent towards my cars repairs after 2 months of keeping my car.
They make false promises on TV and thier facebook page, selling lies yet they know they are ******** people of thier hard earned money and when they need them to do thier part they come up with excuses.
would advice anyone to join these ******.

02 Apr 2019, 11:48Your growing cover claims to cover MINOR accidents how is an accident of R92 617.56 a MINOR accident? when one can even buy a new car with that amount. I have two covers with you ******** the motorthrift which your so called "New Bussiness Proffesional" said its "comprehensive" which also claims to cover 3rd party yet it never does and I have the growing cover which I was told it covers MINOR accidents. Now if you guys want to only contribute R20 000 towards repairs for my vehicle it means i must pay R72 617.56 from my pocket as you have told me to do so.

This stupid statement doesnt make sense to me because I must still now take this third party myself to court to pay the R72 617.56 while you guys have told me you will claim the R20 000 you will pay towards my repairs form the third party. what "unreasonable delays" are you even talking about when it took you two months to approve the damn claim?? Just tell the people the truth that will take thier money and pay nothing when they claim hence you promise no excess no premium increases. You **** people of thier money and frustrate them to a point where they cancel and fix thier cars themselves thats your mission, while you have been taking thier money along along. Your **** of a company should just shut down. you promised to call me by the 1st which you never did.
