BEWARE OF THEM
This so-called “#1 rated” car insurance company is incredibly disappointing. They offer small discounts in exchange for positive reviews, which is misleading. In reality, they are dishonest and unwilling to pay out or issue refunds when needed. One of their sales consultants sold me a policy purely out of greed for commission, without proper transparency. Their customer service is appalling, you wait for days just to get a response. Honestly, they operate worse than a government department.
