31 Jul 2022, 07:18I guess i spoke too soon. Wht a nightmare it been getting PMD to complete the repairs of my car.i received my car back frm the repairs da 1st day i was told theres no spring at the back of my car by the repair guy an he says it hadnt been there fr a long time. I told him it impossible cos where i live we have huge speed humps so it impossible i was driving with no spring i would have felt it an as soon as i got home on da 1st speed hump the way the car jumped i nearly knocked my head on da roof of my car. I noticed my right window was not going down when i opened it. I called the repair ppl an they said i should bring the car back they will fix the window but not the spring as it not their problem some1 removed it when i explained it impossible i was driving a car with no shocks they said it not their problem. So whose problem is it cos im 100% sure my car had shocks when i was involved in that excident so if it was not the repairs who removed it than it was the ppl from where the car was stored fr 3 weeks before it was taken to the repair ppl. Now im given the run around by PMD nobody calls me back i have to send a call back everytime fr me to get feedback an da ppl who call me back have no clue whts going on i have to explain myself than they tell me they will have to foward to this and that dept and some1 will call me back but nobody ever does. It been 4 weeks of me driving an unsafe car and it getting worst the wheel is being damaged cos it rubbing on to the car everytime i drive it. so now more things are getting damaged of which i will have to fix with my money cos the insurance will tell me it not part of the accident an nobody will take into concideration dat ive been complaining about this fr a long time. The repair ppl were more worried about previous repair than making sure the car is fixed properly. The car does not indicate to my right. The lighting does not work as well. The bonnet was fixed on the right but bcos the left was not tightened it starting to lift up well they did say they will only fix the right hand side but now things are falling apart on the left cos only the right was fixed. If there's an impact on the right the body of the car will shift to the left cos of impact so i dont understand when they say they won't touch the left cos of previous repairs done cos the car needs to be straightened back to it original form.
