Be carefull about this company
Prime Meridian caters for lower income car owners.On paper it sounds fantastic,till you have to claim for minor damage and the excess is R5000.First time in 10 years claiming and this is my outcome.They brag about the longer you are with them the lower the excess,so what do you have to be with them for 30 years to get a lower excess.And for lower income people R5000 is not something you have laying around

21 Jun 2023, 17:52This company is a joke.Their own panelbeaters wont do a job so the customer suffers.How is it that a claim can be approved but 2 weeks after no one has contacted me about repairs.If you paid the money to me i would have fixed the car long time ago.Paying premies for 10 years clearly not enough reason to put in a claim.Maybe it should be in the contract that you only deliver on your side after 30years
