BAD SERVING
I think people who are certisfied here are those staying in Gauteng, I am having a very big problem with Prime SA, as they cannot finalize the claim and yet want to move my written off vehicle far away from my to more than 200 KM away from me and still be liable for all payment from the tow trucks and storage. Everyday it's something that I have to agree to if do i will be liable to pay l, if I dont I will still be liable to pay.

13 Feb 2025, 15:28I had and accident in Mogwase on 3rd Feb 2025. My car was taken by fearless tows to Mable apodi. Which is justb15 km from where I stay. Later been told it goes for assessment to Rustenburg which is 70 km from Moruleng where I stay. I all of this I am told should the claim not be approved I am liable for Fearless and all the moment to and in Rustenbug. Monday I was told they will visit the scene on Tuesday... instead I received a call on Wednesday that they are renting for management to send someone on the since there was no day or date to that. Now I am receiving a call and emails that car will tart being charged from the 15th at Rustenburg so it should move further far away from me and goes to Gauteng where storage is free. If I don't agree to that I will be liable for storage in Rustenburg. Should the claim not be approved I will have to go and gake it from Gauteng which far. So I have been put in a corner of agreeing for the car to move because storage will charge. Yet there out come is unknown and fetching a non running car worst written off will be more costly for me to fetch it from Gauteng. PMD which I never said should I not pay it playing g me dirty. I wish I checked social media reviews before I joined. I really liked it but right now I am doomed and left on my own. Seems like everything doesn't have guarante with Prime. Everything is if, or showe not pay, or should the claim not be approved.
