Bad Service when customers claim

Hi PMD, here we are 13 days later since I lodged claim, PMD still validating it, what a ****py service when you need them the most, they never asked me for an employment confimation letter when I bough the policy 3 years ago, now when I claim they requesting it, I wonder what does my employment status have to do with my claim if they never bothered to ask that initially to check affordability if that is what they actually requesting the confrmation for.

This is by far the worst car insurance company I have ever dealt with, it is now more than 6 weeks later my car repairs are NOT done, by the way this is after the prio 4 weeks of claim validation before the work could commence, I have now concluded that PMD careless about their customers but themselves, its concluded!
No one cares that whilst they take precious time to source the parts God knows where, what am I using to go to work and attend to my personal needs with my car? My car did not even suffer major damages, it's just roof and wind shield, what could possibly take long to get the parts ready and get fitted.
No mann this is unacceptable in all areas. Someone is taking advatage here.
