BAD SERVICE, NO TRANSPARENCY, UNFAIR TREATMENT, DISHONESTY

My car was written off and I was told the claim takes up to 15 working days .They took over a month to respond. Then they denied my claim due to speed. They claimed that they have evidence of the car travelling at higher speed, I asked for them to forward the evidence. They gave me 10days to wait for the evidence, the very same evidence they said they have to deny the claim, this got me suspicious. They gave me 90days to dispute this case, I asked them to forward me the proof again so I can be able to escalate the matter. Up to today they have still not been transparent enough about the reason or the evidence, they are withholding information. I am so disappointed with this treatment.
