Bad service from Claims department
Worst recent experience ever, my car was involved in an accident on the 16/09/2024 and it was towed away because it couldn't move. 5days later am told the claim is declined because the car is not damaged and I must pay 4210.15 for storage. Why would I call for a tow truck if the car was drivable? Prime meridian is a **** of insurance. Now I must pay 4210.15 for storage and still fix my car. Why do I have them as my insurance then. Worst service ever from them, I will never recommend Prime to any one.

The tyre and rim benefit was created to offer a benefit for the repair or replacement of tyres and repair of rims as a result of road hazards up to a limit according to the plans offered. The tyre and rim also exclude cover for ****** tyres and rims.
Remember that with the Prime Motor Comprehensive policy, towing and storage costs are covered by us, if a registered claim is approved after validation. However, if a claim is withdrawn before approval or rejected, you will be responsible for covering the costs of towing and storage.
Our Market Conduct Team will be in contact with you to provide you with comprehensive feedback regarding your claim outcome.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that PMD offers a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim-free policies!
