Bad service delivery PMD insurance
PMD is the worst insurance company ever. They are blaming me for a tyre damaged that happened during the accident, even though l was there one who reported the incident of tyre damage. Now I'm forced to pay for a vehicle I'm not using.

We are surprised to learn of your displeasure as we have already been in contact with you to clarify all queries raised herein.
It is imperative to be reminded that we only entertain valid claims that fall within the policy terms and conditions as well as the National Road Traffic Act. Driving a vehicle where the tyres are not maintained in a roadworthy condition unfortunately does not comply therewith.
You will no doubt be delighted to learn that PMD has introduced an affordable and innovative comprehensive product with a unique excess that reduces to zero over time.
